Die Ferienwohnung ist 26 qm groß, liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist für 1 Person (höchstens 2) zu vermieten. Sie ist mit einer neuen Küche, Smart-TV, Bett 1,40 m ausgestattet. Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Good View Place 1 Icking/Munich

Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.

Central apartment in Bad Tölz

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. A perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bad Tölz with all its sights and the beautiful mountain landscape. Also ideal for nature lovers and athletes!

Cosy apartment for 2 people consisting of two separate rooms and a small bathroom with a bathtub in the attic. Located under the roof, the room height is only 2.00 m. Not perfect for tall guests!
