Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

The MaiWa House

The MaiWa Haus is cosy – in summer as well as in winter. Tiled stove, fire bowl, terrace and garden use ensure a relaxing break. Quiet residential area. EDEKA, pharmacy and bus station about 5 minutes' walk away. Cinema, playgrounds, ice cream parlours and shopping facilities in the town centre. Isar (about 10 minutes' walk), Lake Starnberg (about 15 minutes by car), as well as numerous attractions around Wolfratshausen. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
