Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Eisbach, Monopteros, the beer garden at Chinese Tower and on the other side the university with subway connection, the Pinakotheken, the Leopoldstrasse with many restaurants, the Siegestor, etc. To the inner city (Marienplatz) you can walk in a few minutes.
