Welcome to the Sternschanze! Our creative loft is quietly situated in the rear courtyard, yet right in the heart of this vibrant neighbourhood. Cafes, restaurants, bars and small shops are right on the doorstep – many places can be easily explored on foot. Over 125 square metres, you'll find a light-filled loft with wooden beams and floorboards. Stylishly furnished with art and bespoke furniture, featuring an open-plan living area, views of the countryside, and an atmosphere that combines calm and spaciousness.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

My stylish accommodation offers a bedroom (bed 1.40 m), a living room with sofa bed, a balcony, a bathroom with tub and a small kitchen with everything you need (stovetop, microwave, oven, coffee machine). Smoking is allowed outside (e.g. balcony). Please note the parking instructions. The garden is private and not accessible.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Hayloft

The hayloft is our most recently completed apartment. Even in the photos you can see how bright and spacious the apartment is. It has an airy living and dining area that opens six meters high to the top of the roof. In addition, there is a media room where the TV is located and which offers sufficient space for the viewers. If you want to read in peace, you can do so on the gallery, which opens up a wonderful view of the Schleswig-Holstein landscape.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Stylish beach house - 200 m from the sea - hot tub - sauna - fireplace

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Vacation home in the countryside

Our friendly and brightly furnished apartment is located in the middle of our agricultural farm in an outbuilding. It consists of a living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen and a counter for cooking together or an extensive breakfast. The couch in the living room is an extra sofa bed. A fireplace is available for cozy evenings together. There is a shower in the bathroom and a washing machine is available.
