My 80 m² apartment with balcony can be used individually, whether 1-2 couples, the whole family or professionals. With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.
