In the city's old town

This apartment is ideal for a couple wanting to come to Gijón.It has a double bedroom and a living room with integrated kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room,so someone else can stay as well. It is located in the district of Cimadevilla, fishermen's district where Gijón was born and one minute from the Plaza Mayor and the beach. A cobbled, charming place,full of old houses and terraces ,declared cultural heritage of the city. NO ELEVATOR_THIRD FLOOR

Cozy, nice and relaxing apartment.

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

Spacious and bright apartment in the center of Gijón with bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Ten minutes from the beaches, the wine route, and the cider neighborhood. The apartment is located in the historic center of Oviedo, in the emblematic Plaza Trascorrales. An excellent place to get to know all the attractions of the city on foot, as the area is pedestrian. It is next to the Town Hall, the Fontán market, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Cathedral. Also very close to the Provincial Archaeological Museum, the beautiful Plaza del Paraguas, the historic University building, the Campoamor Theater and San Francisco Park.

We put our heart and soul into it to make it a special house, full of handcrafted details that we hope will make our clients' stay an unforgettable experience. IMPORTANT: The Spa/Jacuzzi is contracted as an optional extra service on arrival, with a one-time price of €90 for the entire stay (July and August) and €50 for the rest of the year.
