Our stay in the apartment was excellent. It was perfectly conditioned for the ten people we were, very clean, cozy and well equipped. Ana Silvia has been an unbeatable host, very close, accessible and communicative. She provided us with all kinds of information and was on the lookout for anything we might need. We would recommend it without a doubt.

Natalia showed flexibility and communication at all times, always pending. The apartment is even better than in its photos, adapted with all kinds of details throughout the apartment, very pleasant, spacious, clean environment... Without a doubt, if I have to stay in the area I will not hesitate to contact her again. Good location, being a central area it is blue area, but you find parking. A pleasure to meet Natalia and be able to have enjoyed your apartment. Totally recommendable.

Very good apartment, perfectly complies with what is advertised. The location is good, a very quiet area and with supermarkets nearby. Above the parking space is very spacious. Veronica contacted us to make it easy for us to check in, a final 10.

Ivan was responsive and very nice. His place is a lovely, reformed apartment in a great location. We appreciated his recommendations for restaurants. We loved Aviles and hope to return.

Undoubtedly the best place we have had, if we were to return to Oviedo we would repeat with Elena. Very friendly, friendly and predisposed to any questions we needed...very good recommendations for lunch and dinner there. Everything is very clean, it has the smallest details, elevator to the direct floor from the parking lot. We were delighted with the experience. Great location,downtown and bus and train stations. Xurde and Rocío are amazing hosts. Since we booked they were very attentive and communicative, always kind and answering every question. The accommodation is perfect. Very comfortable, everything is very new and clean. It is a quiet little house in a very pleasant environment. We were very comfortable and will definitely repeat!

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

we stayed 9 nights and we have a great time. plenty to do around. tenis, swimming, basketball. The beach is a 5 mins drive and it is a great beach.

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Until today I hadn't been able to leave the assessment. We had a wonderful time, with a very nice garden and a pool that my children immediately enjoyed. The house is impeccable, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Communication was excellent and ease of access as well. We really appreciate the welcome we received from Maria and Jose. Of course, totally recommended. If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.
