It has spaces that will allow you to be in full contact with nature, an area of firs and century-old magnolias, fruit trees and the covered barbecue area. A charming little house in a good location to explore the Asturian coast. Recently renovated, with a fireplace. Quiet area but good connection by national road and highway. A 10-minute drive to Los Quebrantos beach, 20 minutes to the magnificent Salinas beach as well as Avilés, 30 minutes to Gijón or Oviedo. Supermarkets available a few minutes drive away in Soto del Barco and San Juan de la Arena. Ideal for a couple.
