The apartment is modern and functional. It is a living room with adjoining bedroom (with 2 single beds), a separate kitchen and a bedroom with 3 single beds (can be arranged if necessary). The bathroom has a tub and shower. The toilet is separate. The floors are wooden. Overall, the device comfortable and very well maintained. The living room has access to the balcony, which is oriented southeast. The shared garden as well as the washing machine in the basement. Shops, restaurants and train within walking distance. In the bedroom and the living room a television is available. The landlady also speaks English. Pets are allowed on request. Ideal for workers and technicians! WLAN for an extra fee. Linen is provided. Minimum 3 nights from Monday till Fridays, from Friday till Monday min. 1 night for only 1 night there is an extra fee of 10,-- E July and August min. 1 week During Oktoberfest and fairs, prices are different; please contact me! Connections to public transportation: The S-Bahn station Neugilching is less than 5 minutes away from the apartment. From here it takes less than 30 minutes to the center of Munich (Marienplatz).

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Located in the Fünfseenland in the village of Gilching, the modern holiday apartment Max has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 67 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

The attic apartment (3rd floor) is ideally located with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 minutes to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5-lake region, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with a toddler. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with toddlers / infants, please inform us in advance. Small (about 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be changed into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no satellite reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account necessary)

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
