Created in 2024 in the former Jules Ferry school, built in 1907, this 120 m² duplex loft has a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a separate WC and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a bathroom, a separate WC and an open-plan office space that can accommodate a child (extra bed). A play area offers a small glimpse of the sea. 2 private car parks

A little slice of paradise located in the heart of the city centre, less than a minute's walk from the ocean. Everything within easy reach, but relatively quiet. Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The flat comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed), a shower room, a WC and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Bed linen and towels are provided. We had an excellent stay!
