It was all as described, the location and scenery were wonderful. It was definitely worth it for the money. It could have been a little cleaner (bedding or bed) but overall we had a very nice vacation

Andrey’s place is as described by previous guests. He deserves all the positive reviews. Andrey was always very responsive. There was no issue checking in early after our very early morning arrival at the airport. Would definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable in this large, spacious and stylish apartment. There were four of us and we had plenty of room to retreat individually. The large table was great for our breakfast and we enjoyed our coffee on the small terrace. Peter and Wilma were very friendly and always answered our questions very promptly. I'm sure we'll be back:)

Staying here was a very pleasant experience and we will be very happy to come back. A spacious house, very nice and clean, equipped with everything you may need (much more). There's a lot of attention to getting everything guests need. As small examples I mention the bathrooms, equipped with a large amount of products and towels, the attention to equip each environment with multiple electrical outlets, even USB, the many games for those traveling with children, the complete amenities in the kitchen, and the list could continue for a long time. There are also large equipped outdoor spaces, available to guests. Johanna is a welcoming and helpful person. Every morning he prepared a super plentiful, delicious, and varied breakfast. The area is quiet, in the countryside, close to villages and cities equipped with all services, which can be reached in a few minutes, in an ideal location to visit most of the Netherlands.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend among girlfriends! The apartment is spacious, light and airy. The modern kitchen is super equipped, so it was a lot of fun to cook. The spacious living-dining area has very comfortable seating furniture, lots of games and information flyers. The bedrooms are also very good: comfortable beds, large windows with insect screen and shutters. Large bathroom, separate toilet. The highlight of course is the lovingly landscaped garden with conservatory. Here it was good to endure with a glass of wine in the evening 😉 Our special thanks of course to Fien and François! The contact was very nice from the beginning, a warm welcome, many tips for excursions in the area. Our physical well-being was also taken care of - we were really spoiled! We had a wonderful week in cottage Groen! It is an attractive house (with a well-equipped kitchen, well-stocked games cabinet, nice children's corner, nice crockery) with an amazing garden! Our children (3 and 7 years) didn't get bored for a moment! The trampoline was a big hit. Nearby, plenty to do thanks to the tips we received from Marieke. The cottage is located on a holiday park where you can also bowling, swimming (small simple indoor pool) and a playground with some animals. Nice to use from time to time, but we preferred to have a drink in the lovely garden or at the BBQ!

It's a fantastic house, in a fantastic place. From the beginning to the end, Helma puts the finishing touches on all the luxury has been thought of. The spacious holiday home has all the comforts. Lovely to escape the city and relax with a larger family.

I have stayed in almost 200 AirBnB's and this was my most enjoyable to date. I stayed for a month and did not want to leave. The apartment is as clean and fresh and bright as it appears in the photo's. All the appliances and plumbing were in great working order. The mini-fridge was big. (Not hotel sized). Just a truly delightful experience. Truly an amazing stay and an amazing city and countryside. I look forward to coming back.

In short: A feel-good oasis...totally quiet, everything that is important, well connected...nice contact... I can only recommend it!

A narrow steep staircase leads into the attic. The home consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when reading the listing, maybe I missed it too. Furniture + bathroom partly older, but I don't think that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

Great stay, especially for longer stays.... Very friendly and welcoming hosts... The place has all the amenities to feel right at home and then some, the true gem is the backyard porch!!

we spend a week with our 3 Kids at the flat. İt was huge enough so everyone had they're privacy. beds and bathtoom was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. (Thanks for all the coffee by the way). İt has a large terrace wich is a fun when you have the sun. The flat is near the road but it was very very quit.We had an electric car and could use the wall box to charge it for a fair price which was a big advantage for us. We got always very quick response from Emil when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Emils flat and be glad to stay again.

Upon arrival following clear instructions, the place was easy to find. We were created by a strange smell inside the building but this did not last. The place was clean and well stocked. Could benefit from some plastic utensils to use on non stick pans (the only nit pick). Location was great, peaceful and quiet with good access to Köln. Local playground was epic for the kids we all loved it. We would happily stay here again without hesitation. Cheers

This was the perfect place for our little family for a few nights, it was close to public transport & had some really sweet parks nearby. We were able to check in early as we’d arrived in Essen before the check in time and had all of our luggage, and when we got into the apartment there was pesto sauce and pasta waiting for us. This was a really nice touch, especially because we arrived on a Sunday and most of the nearby shops were closed & it gave us an easy meal for that evening.

The apartment is true to the photos and description: very beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a beautiful terrace. It is also very well located. Stefano was attentive and very responsive throughout the stay. A great experience, highly recommend!

We were only in Bella's apartment for one night and totally satisfied. Very clean, very stylish, very tidy - a treat! The small kiosk in the fridge was also great! All in all, we'll be happy to come back.

Everything was perfectly placed and available.

We were at the property over Christmas and New Year's Eve and were also warmly welcomed on the holiday. The accommodation had everything you need in a normal daily routine (coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, fridge and freezer, TV). In front of the accommodation, you were allowed to park your car directly in one of the free parking spaces, as this is specially for the tenants. As a welcome gift, there were a few bags of homemade cookies. Communication was always smooth. Check-in/out was easy and straightforward. We will definitely come back!
