Monthly Rentals in Golden Lake

The place was spacious and had ample sleeping arrangements for parties larger than our own. We were only two, but really enjoyed the space and quiet that the cottage presented us to escape the city of Toronto for a short while. We saw plenty of wildlife, ate at Kokomish cafe (as recommended in the guest book), had wonderful views of stars with campfires and saw colourful sunsets. Our favourites were the den of baby foxes nearby, a white tailed deer, and plenty of birds. The loon calls were haunting and beautiful. We used the BBQ and made great meals together, drinking plenty of liquids and even went for cold plunges into the lake. We recommend this place.

Jim’s place was great and had absolutely everything we needed (well stocked on coffee, tea, spices etc). My two sisters and I went up for a quiet getaway for a few days and it was just lovely. The cottage itself is beautiful and so is the property. We came during winter and it was still gorgeous but we can only imagine how extremely beautiful it is in summer when you can enjoy more time outside. Everything was so clean inside and they had thought of tons of small things to keep us comfortable. Well worth the drive and visit to this beautiful place and we would love to come again!
