The apartment, ground floor – east side, consists of a bedroom, kitchen and a modern shower room with toilet. The new real wood bed is ideal for one or two people. Each side has a cold foam mattress with hardness 3 (90 x 200 cm). Adjustable slatted frame in the head and foot section. The beds can be easily pushed apart or together using quick-release fasteners. Thus usable as a single or double bed. Flat screen LED TV with wall mount and remote control.

Our spacious studio with its two roof terraces offers a magnificent view over the entire city. The studio is very flexible to use and suitable for one to three people. For at least 2 people, the large bedroom with a wardrobe is included. For one person, only the living-sleeping area with integrated kitchen, wardrobe and terrace is open. The bathroom is beautiful with a bath and shower. Everything is new and lovingly renovated in detail.
