The bedroom with 2-person bed is separate with closet and access to shower/WC room with washing machine. 10 minutes from Centrale de Civaux 5 min to Lussac Les Chateaux and its shops and train station 15 min Defiplanet' 20 min from Montmorillon and the City of Writing 30 min Poitiers centre Tip, if more than 3 occupancy spread out your showers may be between morning and evening.
