The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. Our apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Traunstein train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all necessary utensils... if you need anything and it is not there, just let me know
