Stone-built studio located in the heart of the village of Montagrier, with a picnic area nearby. The village is situated between Périgueux and Ribérac, in the heart of the Périgord Vert. You can discover its various gems, including the Abbey of Brantome, the Château de Bourdeilles, the large pond of Jemaye, etc... A bakery and a restaurant are located a stone's throw from the accommodation. Every summer, you can attend the Montagrillades near the property. Across the street, free parking can accommodate you.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
