Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

Pretty little cottage, fully equipped, heating included, sharing our tennis court, pool, 'pitch & chip' golf, set in our 20 acre garden of undulating grass and wild flower filled meadows, edged by copses where nightingales nest every year and sing all night long. Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
