Stone-built studio located in the heart of the village of Montagrier, with a picnic area nearby. The village is situated between Périgueux and Ribérac, in the heart of the Périgord Vert. You can discover its various gems, including the Abbey of Brantome, the Château de Bourdeilles, the large pond of Jemaye, etc... A bakery and a restaurant are located a stone's throw from the accommodation. Every summer, you can attend the Montagrillades near the property. Across the street, free parking can accommodate you.

Périgord Vert 15 km from BRANTOME, 2 km from LISLE (All shops). Close to the Dronne (500 m) for swimming, fishing or canoeing Charming cottage, former stone dryer, composed of 3 bedrooms, one of which is on one level with a double bed and a shower room + toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Large living room with open kitchen, access to large terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. Private and enclosed garden.

Beautiful comfortable cottage, jacuzzi, Brantôme

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, its jacuzzi and its garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Safari tent

A comfortable safari tent hidden in the middle of the woods, in our mini campsite with 2 pitches. Easy access to hiking trails, mountain bike trails, canoeing, swimming areas by the river, around the pretty villages of Périgord Vert. 4 x 10 m swimming pool and on-site bathroom with washing machine, electricity in the tent, kitchen with fridge. Great place to stay for 2-4 people. Please note: sheets are provided but not towels

"Sunset" Cottage in Périgord

"Sunset" cottage in Périgord Small, very charming house, completely renovated. This is a 250-year-old stone house, consisting of a living room with equipped kitchen and a large sun terrace. The bedroom includes a double bed as well as 2 single beds. The small bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a small sink and a suspended toilet. An ideal house for a family, to relax in the countryside and enjoy the wonders of Périgord.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Pretty little cottage, fully equipped, heating included, sharing our tennis court, pool, 'pitch & chip' golf, set in our 20 acre garden of undulating grass and wild flower filled meadows, edged by copses where nightingales nest every year and sing all night long. Country walks, gorgeous local village, Grand Brassac. Cosy, rustic, peaceful, 360º views.
