Holiday rentals with a sauna in Grand Paris

This was my second stay at Bérenger's home and it was fantastic once again. It is a beautiful loft located in a wonderful part of Paris. Light filled, clean, with incredible attention to detail, it is one of the best AirBNB stays I've ever experienced. And the sauna at the end of a long day of walking is priceless. As a host, Bérenger is very responsive and supportive. I highly recommend a stay at his home if you are visiting Paris.

Great value for money especially if you have kids. They have a beautiful backyard with table tennis table, swings. Located in a very peaceful area. Walkable location to the station.(5min) Andrew was very welcoming and super responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Tres bonne experience, excellente communication et explications concernant l’accès eu logement et utilisation du jacuzzi et sauna, ils ont pensé à tout, si je devrais mentionné un bémol ce serait qu’il à manqué de gel douche et shampooing à disposition. Experience à renouveler. Merci.

Se for a Patis é um otimo local para ficar. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e muito bem localizado. o anfitrião foi gentil, me recebendo no início e no fim da estadia. Inclusive me ajudou a pedir o Uber para ir embora, pois a minha Internet parou de funcionar (não contrate o serviço de Internet da Vivo Travel)

Benoit is a great host. He is very responsive to our request and questions. He will respond within 5 min. Additional supplies were delivered in couple of hours. Very efficient. Instructions to get to the place and check-in is fantastic. Saved us the trouble to look around for the building. The apartment looks exactly like the photos published. Bedrooms are roomy and lots of storage available. Living and dining rooms spaces are reasonable. Overall is a great place for value. I am highly recommend this place if you don't mind to spend 30 minutes to go into Paris center.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

A Dominique é muito simpática e prestativa! Me deu boas dicas sobre onde comer na região e se esforçou para me deixar confortável. Além do apartamento se encontrar a poucos minutos do centro de Paris. No entanto, acho que faltou mais capricho na hora da limpeza, a cozinha e a casa de banho se encontravam desorganizadas. Porém, de modo geral tive uma boa experiências

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.

great apartment, exactly like pictured. very nice balcony, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc. has all the things you might need for cooking, etc. very clean, bed was very comfortable. geraldine was very responsive, let me check in early, etc. the only negatives would be, make sure to get the wifi info beforehand, the outer gate is tricky lol its on the left side, and after putting in the code it makes no noise haha. also the street can be a little loud in the morning, but there are earplugs (and eye masks) available :). lastly, beware that the bathroom, very nice, has a tub with a hand sprayer, but no actual shower, very european. just so you know. but overall, great place!

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

un des meilleurs Airbnb que j'ai fait dans toute la France. appartement cosy très bien équipé et confortable a tout niveau, très belle déco, vue imprenable en hauteur sur Paris du jardin qui est magnifique. Mes deux garçons ont énormément apprécié le sous-sol avec la salle de sport complète , la table de ping-pong, le baby-foot et la cerise sur le gâteau le sauna avec led et bluetooth pour mettre sa musique. une vraie aparté familiale. je recommande 1000 fois.

Laurence a été très réactive et a fourni de nombreuses informations utiles. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Situé dans une rue calme, il offre un accès facile à pied aux commerces de première nécessité, à plusieurs restaurants, ainsi qu’à un agréable aménagement piéton le long de la Seine. Un vrai plus : le petit jardin qui permet de stationner son véhicule, ce qui est appréciable puisque toutes les places de parking dans les rues alentour sont payantes. Attention toutefois aux manœuvres si vous avez un véhicule imposant : la rue est étroite, en sens unique, avec des voitures en stationnement. Mais en prenant son temps, cela reste tout à fait faisable, d’autant que la plupart des automobilistes se sont montrés patients ! Bref, je recommande ce logement.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillies et nous en sommes très reconnaissantes (ajout d’un lit parapluie pour le bébé, attention particulière portée au chauffage…) Le lieu est superbe et reposant, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour couper un peu d’avec le quotidien! Wir haben uns zu Viert in dem Reihenhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und fanden die kreative Einrichtung sehr außergewöhnlich, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet ist. Die Küche ist aufgrund des großen Tisches etwas beengt, aber alle anderen Räume hatten eine sehr gute Größe. Die Bäder sind sehr modern und die Betten bequem, wobei die Betten im Kinderzimmer leider quietschen. Man hat viele Geschäfte in nächster Nähe und ist in 10 Minuten zur nächsten Metrostation gelaufen.
