Casas da Horta - Casa das Alcachofras (Horta Houses - Alcachofras House)

Casas da Horta are located on a private 150-hectare rural estate. The two houses can be rented separately or together. This unique property is perfect for family vacations or with friends, offering privacy and plenty of room for a few relaxing days in the countryside. Just 8 km away is Alcácer do Sal, and 23 km away is Comporta. Each house consists of 2 en-suites, 1 guest bathroom, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room (with sofa bed), fireplace, swimming pool and a shed. In the lake (unsupervised) it is possible to take dives or take a ride on a seagull with a slide. We also have bicycles at the disposal of our guests. The property has horses and a donkey (wild but in a fenced area) that love to receive parties and carrots! Pets are allowed (extra deposit required). We have 2 medium-sized dogs, very friendly. The owners live on the estate and are always available for any need. With a degree in hospitality, a professional career in the field and a great taste for hosting, it will be my priority to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Since we live on the property, you can always count on our availability. We are always available to give suggestions for activities in the area and we know the gastronomic secrets around us well, which we will be happy to share! If you are a nature lover, be sure to explore our property well! Visit the horses and donkey, who love parties and carrots, take a walk with our (very friendly) dogs, try your hand at harvesting from our garden to add more flavor to your cooking. If you're more adventurous, be sure to dive into our lake, which, with its waterslide, is a delight for the little ones. Alcácer do Sal (8 km away) is worth a visit and the Comporta area (25 km away) and its endless beaches are a must-see! Lisbon Airport is 99 km away, about an hour from Casas da Horta. The nearest railway station is Grândola (12 km from Casas da Horta).

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.
