No exterior tem piscina, 2 terraços, um especialmente pensado para refeições, com 60 m2 e outro 35m2 com vista piscina. A Villa tem cozinha totalmente equipada, 3 quartos duplos no piso térreo e 2 suites no piso superior (as suites têm apenas entrada pelo exterior).
