Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

You can expect 29 m² of living space in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

Our guests are invited to use all garden furniture, terraces, pavilions and of course the playground. We can provide a grill. Depending on the season, kitchen herbs, fruit and vegetables can also be harvested from the garden.

This pretty spot of earth is located between Lübeck and Kiel - in the middle of beautiful Holstein Switzerland - and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und doch in der Stadt. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Ostseestrand oder an den Hafen. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt es, alle Aktivitäten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu tätigen. In der Saison 2026 gibt es einen Stadtbus den alle Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Die Wohnung ist Allergiker geeignet.
