Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). The studio "De Roos" is fully and tastefully decorated and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. Two bicycles are available for guests. (City centre: 20 minutes by bike.) Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large, green garden with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a cockerel, sheep and a friendly dog (stable).

A visit to the historic Scheepsvaart museum across the street from the house, should not be missed. The apartment has, among other things, a spacious living room with a beautiful dining room. The kitchen is almost completely furnished. Upstairs is a separate bedroom for 2 people. Downstairs is the master bedroom and bathroom.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
