Additional floor folding mattress available on request. Microwave, refrigerator, hot water kettle, dishes, etc., but no own cooking area - if necessary, the kitchen (one floor higher) can be shared after a short consultation. Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Surrounded by forests, meadows and only a 4-minute walk from the shores of beautiful Lake Ratzeburg is our cozy, very lovingly designed apartment in Groß Sarau. The excellent location of the quiet village invites you to walk and cycle in fantastic nature, swim at the private bathing area, fishing, sailing or similar. The immediate proximity to both Lübeck and the Baltic Sea offers countless opportunities to fully enjoy the break from everyday life.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is only recommended for a short period. Living and sleeping take place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.
