Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). The in-law is directly with us in the detached house and has its own entrance. It's bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat, the cackling of 3 chickens and the splashing in the pool, then you have come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly and interesting encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
