The living and dining rooms are separate. The property is not directly on the lake; the walk to Lake Plön takes 5 minutes and leads you through our small village.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

The living space on 2 levels offers all the features for living and working (fiberglass). On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and snack on the berries. Relax with owls, woodpeckers and bats.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. This pretty little spot is located between Lübeck and Kiel – in the heart of beautiful Holstein Switzerland – and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. The former kitchen building has been transformed into a cosy holiday cottage – and we would like to invite you to be our guests.
