The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. In addition to the excursion possibilities in Holstein Switzerland, the location on the water also offers an excellent starting point for boat tours. In the immediate vicinity is the Landgasthof Kasch and a dock for the "5-lake tour." A supermarket with Sunday opening is about 3 km away and there are various other shopping facilities, as well as restaurants, within a shorter driving distance.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.
