Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See baden oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends könnt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem eigenen Garten bei einem Sundowner oder am Grill genießen. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The accommodation includes a private bathing area on the Great Pönitz Lake 400 m away. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that electricity costs for heating and light are still added and are charged at 0.45 euros per kWh
