Wir vermieten unser traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus in Scharbeutz-Klingberg direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See baden oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends könnt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem eigenen Garten bei einem Sundowner oder am Grill genießen. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.

If you prefer to breathe in the Baltic Sea air, you can reach Scharbeutz or Haffkrug by car in just 5 minutes to Scharbeutz or Haffkrug. You can also reach the sandy beach in just 10 minutes by bike through the beautiful beech forest. The perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Goldmädchen - Beach Pants A luxury beach villa welcomes you on the first line of the sea. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was renovated in 2021 in keeping with its style. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms with king size beds, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Terrace and garden are for exclusive use. From there, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in a few steps.

My beautiful accommodation is beautifully nestled in the Scharbeutzer Heide and close to the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment has a large open natural garden that invites you to barbecue. The accommodation includes a private bathing area on the Great Pönitz Lake 400 m away. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that electricity costs for heating and light are still added and are charged at 0.45 euros per kWh

MAKANI 1 luxury apartment to feel good by the sea

In MAKANI Scharbeutz you can put your feet up and leave everyday life behind you. Either with a good book on the terrace or in your own beach chair (05/01-09/15) on the beach. The apartment offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing vacation. We are happy to provide a cot, high chair or fall protection on request. You can park across the street in the public parking lot. Fees will be credited indirectly via a reduced nightly rate.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Lake access is only about 100 meters from the house. From here you can start a tour by inflatable boat in summer and drift across the lake or use the space for swimming. Scharbeutz beach is only 5 minutes by car from the apartment.
