Wir vermieten unser traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus in Scharbeutz-Klingberg direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See baden, surfen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends könnt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem eigenen Garten bei einem Sundowner oder am Grill genießen. Zum den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Haffkrug...) sind es nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

My beautiful accommodation is beautifully nestled in the Scharbeutzer Heide and close to the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment has a large open natural garden that invites you to barbecue. The accommodation includes a private bathing area on the Great Pönitz Lake 400 m away. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that electricity costs for heating and light are still added and are charged at 0.45 euros per kWh

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Romantic apartment Sachsenhof 1

The former Obstgut Sachsenhof was built in 1912 and was first used as a holiday pension. In 1998, the farm became the private property of the Nehl family and is now run by the children. After the renovation, romantic apartments and individual bed and breakfast rooms were created. In the courtyard café, all guests have the opportunity to participate in the delicious breakfast buffet.

Cozy 40 sqm ground floor apartment for 2 people in the country house by the lake. Here you will find time to relax on the beautiful large Lake Pönitz. Lake access is only about 100 meters from the house. From here you can start a tour by inflatable boat in summer and drift across the lake or use the space for swimming. Scharbeutz beach is only 5 minutes by car from the apartment.

Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.

Our beautiful newly renovated 40 sqm studio in Mediterranean style invites you to feel good. Up to 4 people can make themselves comfortable here. The couch offers an extended approx. 1.40 lying area. You are welcome to bring your dog, unfortunately our dog does not like our dog.
