Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
