Located on the edge of the channel that connects the port to the old village via the Gruissan ponds, it is close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, market, beach...), all accessible on foot and/or by bike. The apartment has 1 kitchen, 1 living room with its 140*190 2-seater foldaway bed, 2 single bunk beds 80*190, 1 shower room with washing machine, 1 separate toilet.

Composed of a small living room, fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher) with 2 bedrooms (140x160 beds), 2 bathrooms (showers) and 2 separate toilets. TV & Wifi! No Clim = fan. Plage des chalets 2 km away. Choice of fee: cleaning + linen (€60), cleaning alone (€40), linen alone (€20).

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
