The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A real shepherd's wagon awaits you, which offers much more than it did to the shepherd back then. You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Tiefenthal guest house

It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. The cabin is equipped with modern and tried-and-tested amenities. It has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, shower, TV, hot water and a wood-burning kitchen stove. From the terrace you can look out over the carp pond and have a spectacular view with great sunsets.

Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
