Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

You can enjoy a large private garden, the large park with its pond, its diverse wild fauna and flora. Go on a getaway by the sea easily, which is less than 8 km away, for a walk, a swim. At the edge of the house passes a GR as well as the Velocéan bike path allowing you to reach the beaches by bike.
