La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Upstairs, by a spiral staircase (width 47 cm) a large mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and a single bed 90 x 200 cm.

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
