Ideally less than 1 km from the GR34 and on the edge of the Vélomaritime, on the heights of Pointe de Runglaz, 4 min. drive to the beaches and 6 min. to the shops. On site, equestrian accommodation with 650 m² arena, stable and 2 boxes.

Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. The beaches on foot, fishing on foot, less than 50m, the cafe of the port, the restaurant and the direct sale of fish by the fishermen. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive.
