The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. Located near the small port of Buguéles, a few minutes walk from the first beaches and 2.5km from the village of Penvenan, with all its shops, market and supermarket. The house consists of a large living room of 50m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 3 terraces, a jaccuzzi. No pets are allowed.
