The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. The beaches on foot, fishing on foot, less than 50m, the cafe of the port, the restaurant and the direct sale of fish by the fishermen. Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

The house is located 650m from the beach of Vilin Izella. A road and path allow you to reach it along a creek. The Pointe de Beg Ar Fri less than1 km away offers many beautiful viewpoints. The stone house is surrounded by a flowered and wooded garden of 2000 m2.
