My house is located in the centre of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all within walking distance. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wood-clad house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a living room of 25 m2 including a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of 11 m2 with private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.
