We were very comfortable at this house. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of space for us and our guests. Jennifer responded promptly when a few needs came up. We were so satisfied that we plan to stay here again and look forward to it!

Loved my stay at Betsy’s place. House was clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. Location was excellent. Clear check in instructions. I appreciated the extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and array of seasonings that kitchen offered. Lanai was so relaxing and spacious—neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again! Five stars!

The place was perfect. Great yard and safe for my dog. Close to everything. Very comfortable. Layout of house was awesome and bedroom quiet. Plenty of room. Would stay again. Very clean. She thought of everything.

We visited Rosa's AirB&B for a family event and found the home as advertised. The pool and outdoor patio area was a real hit - the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The adjoining, fenced-in back yard was very convenient for our small dog. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The kitchen had all the features and supplies we were seeking. The house was nicely decorated and well landscaped in a quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood. We drove to nearby Siesta key several times and were a close drive to all sorts of shopping. We wish we could have enjoyed a few more days at this cute, convenient Sarasota home.
