The ground-floor newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in a particularly quiet village location on the edge of the forest and invites you to find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. There are many ways to explore the idyllic Oberberg countryside on circular routes from the front door. The car can be parked right outside the door. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a couch in the living room, which can be converted into a sofa bed and sleeps 2 people.

I'm happy to offer you my newly renovated apartment (60m², private parking spot, large terrace). The apartment is located at the Zeppelinstreet in the quiet mansion district of Gummersbach. 3min to the city centre (where you can find shopping possibilities, restaurants, cinemas and bars) by foot, 2 min away from the nature and 5 min to the highway (Cologne aprox. 25 min "Köln fare visitor" by car). Nice granny apartment in a quiet location/ Wallbox

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike.
