Le Mont Saint Sulpice est un village avec boulangerie pâtisserie et un proximarchė.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Auxerre and 1.5 hours from Paris, you will discover the region: the vineyards of Chablis, Irancy, Vezelay, Morvan, Guédelon, the lakes... Charming stone house, nestled in a small quiet village where you will find a children's playground and 2 petanque courts, and located at the crossroads of Vézelay, Avallon, and Noyers-sur-Serein. Sightseeing walks, in the forest, or by the water, here, everything is possible! Passionate about plants and gardening, I could show you my small vegetable garden "Les Jardins de Valou" located 2 minutes away if you wish. We'll be happy to host you!

In the heart of downtown Saint Florentin, our fully renovated and cozy decorated house, our small outdoor space is a real plus to enjoy the sunny days, you will have two bedrooms with two shower rooms and 3 toilets, 2 double beds in 160 for your best comfort, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 4 people and a Tassimo for coffee. Air conditioning has been added to the upstairs bedroom to improve comfort during hot weather.

Angèle and Jérôme are happy to welcome you in the middle of the Chablis vineyard with all the comforts that a house can offer. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, you can also enjoy a plancha, the air-conditioned veranda as well as if you wish, by contacting us, a discovery and tasting of Chablis. In addition and subject to availability, breakfast can be served as well as dinner or an aperitif board.

La Maison du Vignoble - Air-conditioned

The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.
