Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Its terrace and garden provide a very pleasant outdoor space, perfectly exposed for you to rest. The largest wine estates, as well as the most beautiful panoramas of Chablis, are very close. Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Cosy retreat with terrace and private parking - 5 minutes from the river

Welcome to my wooden house... Warm and comfortable, you can stay there for a weekend, a few days to visit this beautiful region, or simply for business reasons... The house consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (sleeping on the sofa is not allowed), a living room with a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is another wooden building on the same plot, but the garden and parking are not shared. To each their own 😊
