Modern loft apartment

The apartment is located in Munich-Waldtrudering in a quiet residential area. To the S-Bahn its only a 300 m walk. With the S-Bahn it only takes about 15 minutes to the Marienplatz. Near the apartment there is also the Riemer Park is the Wasserburger road with many restaurants nearby. The fair can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the Riemer Park. The attic apartment has a bedroom, living room and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed pull-out for 1 to 2 people. In addition, the living room on a shelf and a TV. In the bedroom, two more people stay in a double bed with two mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Free WiFi is also available. The bedroom has a double bed. Dining room with a sofa bed with a Matrazenbreite of 160cm. Bed linen and towels are provided.

High quality apartment in Baldham

Highly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The rest of the apartment is also high quality and stylishly furnished. Supermarkets, restaurants, train station and bakery with cafe are only a few minutes walk away. The city center of Munich can be reached in 25 minutes by S-Bahn train. Many excursion destinations such as Neuschwanstein Castle, Oktoberfest, Chiemsee, Olympiapark can be found in the region. The MUC exhibition center is also close by and easily accessible by public transport.

Green and quiet getaway in Munich

Nuestra casa es en una plana baja con dos plantas, un espacio acogedor y muy tranquilo, con hermoso jardín y muy cerca del centro en transporte publico. Vivimos en Múnich cerca de un hermoso lago, igualmente también tenemos cerca de una estación de s-Bahn (tren) que nos lleva en 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad y en el barrio tenemos supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías y heladerías. El lugar es cerca para conciertos y exhibiciones en Messe Munich, igualmente para escapar a los Alpes.

Beautiful clean Studio near Munich (Haar)

‘All inclusive’ studio with own entrance 👍 21m2 with balcony, free parking outside and quick internet. Also a good place for home office! Beautiful bathroom (with window) and washing machine, a kitchenette for 'small' cooking and a Nespresso machine😊 This studio is centrally to reach as well as shops, restaurants, bakery and Munich (Marienplatz 20 minutes by S-Bahn). Modern Live & Work | Convenient to Munich Messe

I use this flat personally to commute. It is set out to live and work when in the greater Munich area. It has a nice and pleasant outdoor sitting area. Great light disposition. Across the street is a supermarket for all your needs. You can easily walk (10 min) to the center of Haar (Leibstrasse) where you find further shops of all needs. Just behind the building is a public swimming pool in case you want to refresh at the end of a warm summer day.
