The very sunny and modern apartment is located in a very nice, green, quiet, safe and clean upper middle class community in Munich. It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. You can reach Messe München in around 10–15 minutes by car. The Haar S-Bahn station is about 1.2 km away (approx. 12–17 minutes on foot). Free parking in the area. The accommodation is also ideal for group trips.
