We renovated a 124 m² house (2 stories) in a quiet residential area. There is a grand piano in the living room, which you can play freely. The Japanese-style room on the 1st floor can be used as a tea room with tea ceremony utensils. If you wish, we can have a tea ceremony instructor from Hakodate come and enjoy an authentic tea ceremony experience. We also rent out yukatas. The living room and the three Japanese-style rooms are spacious. Equipped with Wi-Fi, there is a workspace on the 2nd floor, making it suitable for workations. The standard is 4 people, but please contact us if you want to stay with 5 or more people, such as a family. It is well equipped for long stays, with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, soba shops, cafes, liquor stores, etc. nearby. From the central pier, which is about an 8-minute walk, you can see Mt. Hakodate and the mountains surrounding Hakodate Port, and it's a great place to take a walk in the evening.
