Simsee & Chiemsee can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as hiking trails toward beautiful surroundings: glacial lake plateaus, traditional alpine pastures. Bad Endorf train station ( Munich-Salzburg line) is just an 8-minute walk away.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Our guest room is centrally located in Vogtareuth and has been newly renovated. It is located on the second floor and has a size of 16 m² with a very small bathroom. The room is accessible via an external staircase. It is equipped with a radio, hair dryer, mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle, glasses, cups, plates and cutlery. Free Wi-Fi and wired connections are available.

Modern, bright and ground-level apartment for two people. Ideal for a stay in beautiful Chiemgau. The accommodation is part of a detached house with separate entrance and private terrace.
