Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

Once you move in, we’ll both be housemates with no hierarchy between us. :) It’s very quiet during the day; occasionally, a neighbor might start up some heavy equipment, but you won’t hear any traffic noise or similar disturbances. You can reach downtown Dortmund by train in 10 minutes, with the station just a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the B236 and A2, you’re also well-connected to surrounding areas by car.

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the main market. The vacation home is located on a 1000 m² property and offers direct access to the Werse. The landscape conservation area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor pool Stapelskotten you can swim, the bike and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

The apartment is in the center of Flüren, 100 m from the market square and 200 m from the dyke and the Auesee. From here you can explore the Diersfordter Forest, the Auesee and much more by foot or by bike (5-10 min.). The beach is free and can be reached by bike in 2.5 km. There is also the new mini-golf course, the marina and the airfield (sightseeing flights). The Ruhr area, for example the Centro in Oberhausen, is only 30 minutes away by car.

A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used.
