You can reach downtown Dortmund by train in 10 minutes, with the station just a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the B236 and A2, you’re also well-connected to surrounding areas by car.

In the nearby outdoor pool Stapelskotten you can swim, the bike and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.
