Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The 60 m² granny flat is located in Marl-Hüls in a central but very quiet side street. It is only 200 m to the next bus stop, and from there you can reach Marl-Sinsen train station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen, or Haltern am See or Wuppertal, in just a few minutes. There is a bed in the bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.

Please pay the outstanding amount upon arrival/departure. Also ideal for temporary fitters.

My little paradise by the lake for nature lovers and people looking for silence. After a year of renovation, now available again, in new splendor and new ideas. Very good area for cycling trips and walks in the forest or simply enjoy the tranquility at the small lake and listen to the birds and frog concerts. There are hardly any mosquitoes even in summer. For people who need a few days off.
