Auf Wunsch können wir für Sie ein weiteres Bett (100x200) im Schlafzimmer für 25,00 € pro Nacht aufstellen. Im zweiten Zimmer stehen Sofa, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Sandwich Maker. Separater Eingang, Garten ,Kostenlose Parktplätze vor dem Eingang. Internet. This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

Die schöne Landschaft der Nordheide lädt zu ausgedehnten Wander-, Rad- und Kanu-Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

Welcome to the beautiful suburbs of the Elbe. Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the botanical garden, and yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly self-contained apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather, you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

This spacious accommodation in an architect's house captivates above all by the open light-flooded staggered floor with large roof terrace and free-hanging, open and 360-degree rotating fireplace. The window front can be opened completely. The refined kitchen features a portafilter machine and Bora Professional System with Teppan. The surround sound system provides a special sound experience. On the second floor are the three bedrooms and bathrooms and an open salon area.

Natural materials create a particularly pleasant atmosphere in which you feel at home – maybe even a little better. Cosy bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with comfortable seating for up to 4 people complete the whole. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

Villa in the Altes Land Hamburg - for large groups

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
