Our small villa is completely and exclusively available for your stay. Neither we as landlords nor guests are in the house. It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel and is still centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a large city. In just a few minutes you can reach the Saseler Markt and the attractive Alstertal shopping center. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (if necessary, space for 3 more cars)

The house has a living area of 170m/2 and is located on 700m/2 large property. It has a total of 8 sleeping places and is especially suitable, but not exclusively for families with children. This house leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to spend a nice time with family or friends in Hamburg.

The exclusive villa offers 300 m² of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms, one of which features a fireplace and access to the garden. Outside, you have access to a sauna, a garden shower, a heated outdoor whirlpool (up to 40 °C), a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, and a terrace. A carport is located directly at the house. Inside, natural stone and real wood parquet create an elegant atmosphere.

My self-built single-family home in 2019 is located on a forest road in Buchholz in the beautiful Nordheide on a large plot of land. I designed and built this house myself during my parental leave and hope it offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The house has three levels and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a lot for children and dogs and is only 30km from Hamburg!

Villa in the Altes Land Hamburg - for large groups

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.

Dieses sonnige und helle Einfamilienhaus aus dem Jahr 1921 befindet sich im vielleicht schönsten Stadtteil von Hamburg in Blankenese. Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig umgebaut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen Garten. Wir gestatten keine Veranstaltung von Partys im Haus. Zwischen 20 Uhr und 7 Uhr morgens ist Ruhe einzuhalten.
