Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Our apartment is a cozy 1-room apartment near the beach (2-3 minutes walking). The sunny roof terrace is perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Pure relaxation and recreation

Vacation apartment in 23730 Sierksdorf, in the Panoramic complex with its own indoor pool and close to Hansapark (500 m). Walking distance to the beach about 650 m, distance to the train station about 700 m. The apartment has a parking space. The complex also includes a tennis court, bocce court, table tennis, as well as a children's play area. Near the complex there are all kinds of shopping (about 3 km to Neustadt), as well as restaurants.

This particular accommodation has its own style. It's modernly decorated and it has a unique view of the Baltic Sea. This is reached in 8-10 minutes walk. There is also an indoor swimming pool located directly opposite the apartment. In the season, Hansa Park can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is ideal for recreation and relaxation. Please note that we are obliged to collect the tourist tax for each guest on site upon check-in.

We have redesigned our completely renovated apartment as a loft to have breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay from the bed. When you enter our loft, you can look out on the blue shimmering water. Whether in the kitchen, at the dining table or from the sofa, you have a fantastic sea view. The beach is about 500 m away. Hansa Park is in walking distance. A small swimming pool is located in the neighboring house.

Right in the center of Timmendorf beach, this large studio apartment for 2 people awaits you. It's only 100 meters to the beach.
