With a side view of the Baltic Sea and beach location, we offer you our 1-room-Apt. (28 sqm) plus 8 sqm balcony on the 6th floor; modern and timelessly furnished. A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher and electrical appliances as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" is almost next door, a small public swimming pool is very close. We provide Wi-Fi, towels and bed linens FREE OF CHARGE.

Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

The Ostseehütte - red Swedish house on the Baltic Sea

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Mare Baltica: Arrive, breathe deeply and relax

Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 m²) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. The beach is only a five-minute walk away through the private park. The large balcony (24 m²) faces southwest and gets the sun from noon until evening, inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner. The apartment has a private parking space for the car. The swimming pool and tennis court can be used for a small fee.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. This child-friendly non-smoking apartment is located about 300 m from the Baltic Sea beach in a quiet complex and is also ideal for individuals. Children are welcome! Toys provided. No pets allowed. Fiber Wi-Fi Linen and towels are sufficiently available free of charge. The cosy apartment in a cul-de-sac can accommodate 4 people. Children are welcome here! The beach and the promenade of Travemünde with numerous cafes, restaurants and boutiques are about 6 minutes away by bike. Supermarkets, a park with sports facilities, and children's playgrounds are within easy walking distance. The well-known Timmendorfer Strand is a 10-minute drive away. Lübeck's Old Town or Hamburg are ideal for a day trip.
